Frequently asked questions
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Travel is included for locations within 20 minutes of my studio in Torrensville. For locations further afield, a travel fee may apply.
Do you travel for photoshoots outside of Adelaide?
Yes, I absolutely do! I love photography families and couples in beautiful locations, whether that's elsewhere in South Australia, interstate or even overseas. Travel sessions are quoted individually based on the location. So please get in touch - I'd love to hear what you have in mind!
Do you supply RAW images?
No. RAW (unedited) images are not included or available for purchase. Every image delivered has been carefully selected and professionally edited to reflect the signature of Rikki Photography's style. The delivered gallery is considered final.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
The current turn around time for your full gallery is up to 3 weeks from your session date. For event photography, galleries are delivered within 4 weeks.
If you require your gallery sooner, a priority editing option is available for an additionally fee (subject to availability)
